Return Policy

At InsightReactions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return a Purchased Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@insightreactions.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. This information is necessary to process your return. We may request additional details if needed.
  2. Repackage the Item: Place the item in its original box and packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in the original condition.
  3. Ship the Item: Take your parcel to any Post Office and provide proof of postage with a tracking number. This will help speed up the process and confirm that your parcel is on its way back to us.

What Happens Next

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and processed your return.

If you paid by credit/debit card, we will refund the balance to your credit/debit card.
If you paid using PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
If you used a Gift card to purchase the returned item, we will refund the paid money to the balance of the credit/debit card or PayPal account (whatever was used) and will provide you with a new Gift card as, due to our internal rules, any Gift card can’t be used twice or more times.

Returning an item which arrived as Damaged or Faulty

We are sorry that you received a damaged or faulty item.

Please follow the "How to Return a Purchased Item" section above to return this item to us as soon as possible so that we can process the refund. If you’re unable to return the item, please contact our Customer care service at support@insightreactions.com.

Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return and approved according to our return policy.

Returning an Incorrect Item

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us, and once inspected, we'll refund you as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse.
